Alan Sheinwald
President and Founder
Mr. Sheinwald has been an active advisor, consultant and investor to the constituents of public companies since 1995. Many of his clients have been NASDAQ, AMEX, and NYSE listed firms with market capitalizations up to $500 million. Over the past five years, he has worked with over 80 public companies. He is also a limited partner of the private equity firm Access America and an active small cap investor. In addition, Mr. Sheinwald has operated in executive capacity of various public and private companies in a diverse mix of industries. He has provided advisement on turn-around situations, workouts, strategic alternatives and capital formation strategies. From 1990 to1995, he was employed by Mayflower Group (A publicly traded transportation conglomerate). He left Mayflower as Vice President of Sales of their $300 million passenger transport subsidiary after helping to successfully sell the company to Laidlaw, a NYSE firm. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Sheinwald was an officer in the U.S. Army serving with the 7th U.S. Cavalry. He is a graduate of West Point and holds an MBA in finance with honors from New York University.
Matthew Hayden

Leveraging a strong educational background and industry experience gained through the brokerage and financial communications industry, Matt founded Hayden Communications eleven years ago. The firm has evolved into an organization suppported by an extensive network of professionals focused on the public markets. This dedicated team of professionals delivers timely exposure and unparalleled customer service to its clients while upholding the highest level of integrity. Three and a half years ago, the firm was engaged by International Display Works, one of the first emerging China based companies to list on a formal U.S. exchange, which was purchased by Flextronics for approximately $330 million in cash. This experience provided the foundation for what has become HC International, Inc., an investor relations firm that exclusively services foreign based, U.S. listed companies. Performance is the key metric we utilize to determine success and to that end the HC International Index has outperformed all market indices by a substantial margin during the past three years.
Thomas P. Walsh
Senior Vice President
Thomas has been instrumental in building and executing both financial communication programs and investor relations plans for a wide variety of public companies for over 9 years. Thomas brings to each program the breadth of experience gained from serving a variety of companies across many industries. He has gained much exposure to financial markets in a wide variety of client situations ranging from crisis to explosive growth. During his career he has been instrumental in financing many companies both privately and publicly. Thomas provides guidance to all his clients such on matters such as improving trading volume, the right mix of buy-side and sell-side distribution, relative value appreciation and non-underwriter investment recommendations.
He has extensive experience in the creation and management of investor relations and financial communications programs, including investor marketing materials, investor days, annual meetings, annual reports and conference calls. He has worked with many mid and large cap companies including Sun Microsystems (SUNW), VF Corporation (VFC), Sterling National Bank (STL), United Natural Foods (UNFI) and CIT Group (CIT). In addition, Thomas has done extensive work with the IR Alliance division of the American Stock Exchange that helped AMEX listed companies build communication programs. Thomas is a graduate of Union College with a degree in Economics.
Mark McPartland
Vice President
Mark has played an essential role in the development and launch of Alliance Advisors as a leading national investor relations firm. He brings more than a decade of financial and public relations experience to help Alliance's clients navigate the public markets and cultivate their businesses. He has assisted companies at all levels of their private and public evolution. Mark is responsible for client market positioning, financial corporate communications, advice related to capital formation as well as providing strategic counsel to senior executives on corporate initiatives. Mark has been influential in developing new contacts within the institutional and brokerage communities, generating leads and long-term relationships. Mark has also spent time in Private Equity arena where he orchestrated capital formation to fund and develop growth opportunities in both the public and private arena. Mark is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with an emphasis in Marketing and Business Administration.
Valter M. Pinto
Senior Associate
Valter has been with Alliance Advisors for over five years. Operating from the Westchester County, New York office he has advised numerous small cap public companies on multiple levels including their corporate strategy, communication to the investment community, and organization of client presentation materials. Valter is instrumental in managing and structuring road shows with institutional investors and various brokerage firms across the country. Valter also has international experience through the representation of China based, U.S. listed companies. Prior to joining Alliance Advisors Valter worked at Solomon Smith Barney where he gained experience in capital markets. He graduated from the University of Albany with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. Valter played Division I soccer at the University of Albany and is fluent in Portuguese.
Bryan Kobel
Vice President
Bryan has a successful track record in developing long-lasting relationships for his clients with the investment community and providing valuable counseling to management teams on various issues including capital structure, corporate communications, mergers and acquisitions. Previously he held a leadership role with Anne Summers for Congress, heading up Senior Citizen and Woman’s Group outreach for the campaign. After this valuable experience in lead generation and individual outreach, he worked dual jobs as a senior consultant at brokerage litigation support firm FPK Consulting and as director of marketing for Vision Lacrosse. Bryan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, where he majored in International Economics.
Christopher M. Camarra
Senior Associate
Chris has extensive experience in hosting investor meetings and giving presentations to potential investors as well as industry analysts. Chris works with management teams to provide top-notch corporate communications programs and strategic investor advisement. He has been extremely instrumental in planning media outreach as well as investor outreach. He has successfully had articles placed in various major media outlets. Chris began working for Ernst & Young as member of their finance team. After gaining valuable experience in financial reporting and engagement economics, Chris moved on to a position in the field of Investor Relations. He served as an IR manager for a consumer goods company where he maintained regular contact with investors in order to keep them informed with the company’s current state of affairs. Chris is a graduate from West Virginia University.
